RIBA Core Curriculum: Compliance

The following CPD materials fall within the ‘Compliance – legal, regulatory and statutory framework and processes’ RIBA Core Curriculum topic area.
This seminar looks at regulations and standards, including The Equality Act. It also discusses the height requirements, projections and theories as to why these are so, before examining light reflective values (LRVs), ‘not cold to touch’ handrails, and infill requirements, including a brief video on glass testing. Designed to be interactive, the seminar also provides specifiers with the opportunity to view and handle different samples.
