This seminar provides a guide to waterproofing practice, which includes reference to British Standards, common causes of failure, prevention and best practice. Advice on design, application and installation are included, as well as an appreciation of codes of practice and design criteria to ensure a project is waterproofed.

The perception of exterior colours is not constant. It changes with the position of the observer, distance, weather, season, light, etc. This CPD seminar looks at factors affecting colour perception, the relevance of lightness and Light Reflectance Value (LRV), the concept of colour mapping, how we see colour, and the properties of colour.

Highland Colour Coaters provides a hot dip galvanizing and powder coating service to a wide range of industries. Geographically, it services Scotland and the north of England. It is a member of the Galvanizers Association and approved applicator for Akzo Nobel and IGP powder finishes. It can handle material up to 15m long for galvanizing and 7m long for powder coating.
