The following CPD materials have been assessed and approved by the RIBA.
Learn about user-friendly materials, such as plasterboards, that can be added to flax partitions. The result is a stable separating wall, made of natural raw materials that can be mounted easily and quickly within a well-designed system.

Faay manufactures partition walls and ceiling systems, and has over 41 years’ experience gained world-wide. The core of the majority of Faay products is produced from an inexhaustible and sustainable source of raw material: flax waste. The systems have exceptional physical features including impact resistance, fire resistance and sound-damping, together with good thermal insulation and high load-bearing qualities.

Factory Visit, by Senator
This approved factory tour aims to help the specifier understand legislation that facilitates environmental manufacture. Covering SKA and LEED benchmarks and ISO14001, it demonstrates how sustainable design and manufacturing creates sustainable products. The tour includes a visit to Sustain, an award-winning remanufacturing and recycling facility, where visitors may gain knowledge of products’ ongoing sustainable cycle.

Seminar, by Bute Fabrics Ltd
This seminar provides information on the many technical properties of wool, both physical and environmental, and the advantages of using woven wool fabrics for contract upholstery, curtains and screens.

Bute Fabrics is a designer and manufacturer of both standard and bespoke wool and wool-rich contract fabrics for the auditoria, hospitality, corporate and aviation markets.
