This seminar examines common challenges within commercial washrooms and why they arise. Those challenges come in various guises, including actual functional constraints, i.e. space, constraints arising from other services involved in the project and the client’s need, but also from constraints including client perceptions and ensuring that the design is site sensitive. It then presents sustainable solutions relating to materials and their use, and efficiencies in the use of water and energy.

Lovair provides the expertise to realise ambitious projects: from inception to delivery, and installation to aftercare. The Lovair team takes great care of every client, whether they’re a property developer or an architectural firm, and brings great care to every project, from a simple paper towel dispenser over a coffee shop sink to the washroom fixtures in a corporate office tower. Seminar, by BlazeMaster
This seminar provides a comprehensive overview of CPVC fire sprinkler technology and the properties of CPVC piping systems. It covers UK fire statistics, testing, codes and standards for fire sprinkler systems, comparison of CPVC piping systems with other materials, such as steel, and case study examples. Find out how specifying sprinklers can provide design trade-offs and flexibility, and about the BIM objects available for use in designs.

Lubrizol’s BlazeMaster CPVC compound has been a leading brand of plastic pipe used in fire suppression applications since 1984. It has been tested and approved by UL (Underwriters Laboratories), FM Global and LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board), as well as achieving WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) potable cold water approval. The system is cost-effective, lightweight and easy to install. Significant design freedom allows downsizing of the pipe compared to metal systems, which reduces costs further and makes it easier to fit in hard-to-reach spaces.
