This seminar is centred around the relationship between a building’s design and its lift requirements, the rules and regulations that govern lifts, and the interaction between lift and building fabric. It provides information on accessibility, fire safety, emergency evacuation, resistance to vandalism, BREEAM and sustainability, and traffic (usage).

The aim of this CPD seminar is to address the requirements and issues surrounding compliance with Part M of the Building Regulations. It covers the type of buildings affected, locations in the building, layouts, specific product specification requirements and surrounding finishes.
