It explains how risks are assessed and the specific considerations that need to be addressed when specifying automated doors.

This seminar covers the basics of passive fire protection and fire-stop systems, including relevant building regulations, product testing criteria and standard applications, such as services penetrations, joints, edge of slab joints and cast-in solutions. It examines industry myths, using examples of bad practice and good practice. Architects attending this seminar should, as a result, be able to confidently select and specify fire-stop systems.
