Making an entrance

A key component in any design, building entrances help set the stage, placing a hand on the visitor’s arm and guiding them through rooms and corridors. They also set the tone, signalling to the subconscious that ‘this is a stylish building’ or ‘this is a secure building’ – indeed often conveying a multitude of messages regarding both the designer and building owner’s vision. The CPD materials included below share this common theme. Many seminars are now available online. This is not always shown here so, if a seminar is of interest to you, do click on the link and check.
