The following CPD materials have been assessed and approved by the RIBA.
This CPD seminar looks at the various modified screeds available for different applications, e.g. above underfloor heating or in an area of heavy vehicle traffic. It takes into account design considerations, time constraints and quality of substrate. The seminar also covers screed depths, test methods, DPMs, priming, surface preparation and the importance of specialist contractors.

It introduces specific, generic roof waterproofing systems, including green roofing and zinc, with benefits/typical scenarios. It helps avoid common problems with detailing, compatibility and interfaces. There’s also a checklist of manufacturer support.
