This presentation provides information on the benefits of using entrance flooring systems and current legislation requirements. Design considerations and a zonal approach to entrance matting are discussed to help the architect deliver the most effective solution on his or her project. The seminar also covers the main types of matting systems, colours and finishes, and other design options.

This CPD presentation looks first at how segmental retaining wall systems (SRWS) work and are built. Then, it outlines the features and benefits of SRWS, as well as listing solutions to common problems. Next, it examines the cost benefits of SRWS, identifying how they can save time and money on site. Finally, it discusses the BIM, design and detailing aspects of SRWS.
