This CPD will discuss the The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999, which replaced long-established Water Byelaws dating back to 1823. It will explore design issues and legal imperatives around the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 compliance requirement and how the latest electronic tank management solutions, combining both control and monitoring of stored water supplies, can deliver significant advantages for management of commercial buildings in the 21st century. By the end of the seminar you should have a greater understanding of:

This CPD covers the fundamentals of BIM Level 2/ISO 19650 principles, aiming to improve knowledge of BIM language and day to day application of the BIM process. Topics covered include a BIM maturity review – BIM Level 1,2 and ISO 19650, the collaborative team – roles and responsibilities, application of BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650, and responding to an EIR – Making BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650 work practically.
